About me

Throughout my life, I’ve witnessed how words—whether spoken, withheld, or misunderstood—can profoundly shape relationships, emotions, and self-identity. This understanding sparked my passion for psychotherapy, where meaningful conversations become a vehicle for healing and growth. In the therapy room, I see words as tools that can rebuild trust, unlock buried emotions, and foster deeper connections.

With extensive experience counseling individuals and couples, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients through a wide range of challenges, including relationship conflicts, communication breakdowns, infidelity, trauma, and life transitions. I help couples navigate the complexities of their partnerships, strengthening their emotional connection and fostering healthy communication. For individuals, I provide a supportive space to process personal struggles, explore their emotions, and work toward healing and growth.

Additionally, my work as a hospital chaplain deepened my ability to walk alongside people facing grief, loss, and existential challenges. These diverse experiences equip me to journey with clients through life’s uncertainties, offering compassionate support as they discover the power of their own voice and transform their relationships through intentional conversations.

Voyage LA: Community Highlights

November 2025

That curiosity about people’s stories eventually became a calling. I often think of therapy as the art of sculpting, not by force, but with care and attention. My life experiences gave me the eyes to see the shape within the marble, and my training gave me the tools to help individuals and couples uncover the beauty already within them.

I have also come to believe deeply in the power of words and how they can wound, heal, and transform. The right words, spoken with empathy and truth, can give form to what once felt formless. In the therapy room, language becomes both tool and art, helping people name their pain, reclaim their story, and speak life into places that once felt silent.
